We suggest a minimum of 1 to 2 sessions per week for best results.
Typically, 15 to 20 sessions are needed. Some people benefit from more.
Results will generally last indefinitely if the person has received enough sessions as long as positive mental and emotional environments, behaviours and balanced nutrition are maintained.
Electricity is not put into the brain for the training. The equipment only “listens” to your brain waves.
Many people begin to notice changes within 1 to 5 sessions. Sometimes the client doesn’t notice changes, but people close to them do.
We recommend not stopping training the minute you start to feel better. It takes some time for the brain to learn a new habit. By continuing to train a few sessions after you’ve noticed consistent and reliable improvement, you turn the healthier patterns into a new brain habit.
